You send us a brief , product type, target price, quantity, timeline. We match it to the right vendor across our network in seven India production clusters, negotiate pricing, and manage sample development until you approve the production standard.

Service 02

Quality Control & Inspection

Quality is checked at every stage of production , not only when the goods are packed and ready to ship. Our inspectors catch deviations early, when there is still time and budget to fix them on the factory floor rather than inside the container.

All inspections are conducted against AQL (Acceptable Quality Limit) standards and your own product specification. Every inspection generates a photo report with defect classification, so you have a clear record of what was checked and what was approved.

Service 03

Production Management

Once the order is placed, our merchandisers take over the timeline , tracking every production milestone, visiting the factory floor, escalating delays and managing packing to your specification.

Most order delays and packing errors are caught late because the buyer has no visibility into what's happening on the ground. We give you that visibility with regular status updates, and we push the factory so you don't have to chase them by email at midnight.

Service 04

Freight & Documentation

We coordinate directly with your freight forwarder , or recommend one if needed , to ensure cargo is booked onto the right sailing, in the right container configuration (FCL or LCL), on time.

Export documentation mistakes are one of the most common and costly causes of customs delays. Our team prepares and reviews all shipping documents, checks them against the purchase order and LC terms, and sends them to you well ahead of the vessel cut-off date.

Step 01

You send a brief

Product type, target landed cost, quantity and required delivery window. WhatsApp or email , we work in whichever format suits your team.

Step 02

Vendor matching & pricing

We shortlist vendors from our verified network, visit the ones that look right, compare prices and send you a recommendation within 5 working days.

Step 03

Sample development

The selected vendor produces samples to your spec. We track, photograph and ship samples to you for approval. Rounds of revision managed until you sign off.

Step 04

Order placement & production tracking

Purchase order raised, production timeline agreed. Our merchandisers visit the factory at key milestones and report progress against the schedule.

Step 05

Quality inspection

Pre-production, in-line and pre-shipment inspections conducted by our QC team. Photo reports issued. No goods move without an approved inspection sign-off.

Step 06

Packing, documentation & shipment

Packing checked against your spec. All export documents prepared and reviewed. Freight coordinated with your forwarder. Shipping docs in your inbox before cut-off.

Why one agency for everything?

When sourcing, QC and logistics are handled by separate parties, accountability disappears the moment something goes wrong. The sourcing agent blames the factory. The factory blames the inspector. The freight forwarder says the documents were fine when they received them.
